The Leibster Blog Award

Nivedha, who owns a blog called Infrared Pedestrian nominated me for the Leibster Blog Award. Thank you so much, I'm honoured! I know it's been a month since she told me about it, but you know, I don't blog much.

The rules:
  • Each nominee must link back to the person that nominated them!
  • Answer the ten questions given to you by the nominator!
  • Nominate 10 other bloggers who have less than 200 followers!
  • Create 10 questions for your nominees to answer!
  • Let the nominees know you have nominated them by going to their website and notifying them.

1. What are your three favorite bands/musicians?
A: Haha, tough question. I LOVE music, but I don't prefer only a certain kind of music. I guess I'd say A.R.Rahman, One Republic, and Shreya Ghoshal.

2. What’s a pet peeve of yours?
A: Perhaps... that even though people have rights to what books they like, I hate it when they don't like books I adore, like Harry Potter. Especially when they insult it.

3. If there was one instrument you’d like to learn, which one would it be and why?
A: It would be the violin. For some reason, I've always wanted to learn; it's just so melodious. Plus, Sherlock plays the violin (recent obsession with Sherlock, so...).

4. What do you do before you nod off to sleep?
A: I mostly listen to music.

5. What’s a word/phrase you keep repeating throughout the day because you’re used to doing so?
A: Probably 'Ayyo'. In my head, out loud, through chat, anywhere.

6. Do you like anything even remotely related to the 1980s? (Please don’t answer Ronald Reagan.) Better yet, were you born in the 1980s?
A: I don't know anything about the 1980s, so, no, I guess. Some favourite celebrity might have been born then. But I have absolutely no idea!

7. Are you a feminist? Why/why not?
A: Yes, I am! And there's a whole lot of reasons, but that would probably take away from the intent of this post.

8. Opinions on heavy metal (or really any genre of metal you've listened to)?
A: Er, not a great fan, sorry! I'm more into melody.

9. What’s a weird quirk about you?
A: No clue. How sad is that?

10. State your life philosophy. (P.S. Yes, you’re allowed to mock life, lemons, lemonade and anything even distantly tied with life.)
A: Philosophy? What's that? I haven't really thought about it, but I guess it's really simple: Try being happy all the time, and look for all the positive things in life, because, you know, you only live once. No one here is Harry Potter, or will ever be.

That's it. Sorry for such vague, uncertain answers. I know nothing about myself. My friends would answer the questions better than me, for sure.
Aaaaaaand, I don't follow any blogs except for a photography one, and that definitely has a lot of followers! Sorry.
